Please quickly check the following list of things before sending us your file –
Please check if your file is of PDF, JPEG, TIF or EPS format? Please note that PDF is our preferred format.
Have you converted your images, including any embedded ones, to CMYK?
Please check if all your fonts embedded or converted to outlines?
Did you add high resolution versions of any photos or artwork used in the design?
Please confirm if your document is sized correctly?
Does your document have bleeds properly setup?
Have you checked if there is any particular folding in a place where you want it?
If you are ordering a booklet or other folded item, is your page count in a multiple of four?
